These stories and more are interwoven through-out When Sand Becomes Glass; a multi-narrative play exploring our relationship with Indonesia using the 2002 Bali Bombings as its central catalyst. Around this event – characters and situations evolve in both the past and the present – colliding in a tapestry of anger, hatred and helplessness.
